Theresa began her search for her life path in the late 60’s. In 2005, the search to help her husband find alternative solutions to his medical issues led her to holistic healing. She received her certificates in Reflexology and Reiki in 2006 while assisting family members and friends through numerous debilitating illnesses. Since then, she has continued to add modalities to her Healing Tool Kit. Presently she is studying crystal healing. Is a practicing herbalist and acupuncturist. He has been discovering and working with plant medicines since 1994. His studies with Michael R.S. Moore at the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine put him on a path towards regional, accessible, empowering herbalism based on traditional principles. Upon moving to Oregon, studied Chinese Medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, and he has been doing clinical work with patients in Portland since 2003.

Erico finds that when we work seasonally with locally available plants that have discovered how to thrive in our bio region, we learn to perceive the many voices that teach us how to integrate our own health into the life of the land around us.

Stephanie is the Director and Founder of HARP. She has a long history in the healing arts and has been studying herbal medicine, aromatherapy and nutrition since age 15. Her fascination began when her family opened an alternative health care store downtown Indianapolis. Learning about plants and the wisdom of the natural word has been a focus of study for her ever since.Stephanie has a background as an herbalist, a yoga instructor and holistic veterinary technician. She brings intention and personalized care to her hands-on treatments incorporating the wisdom of Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and Western Herbalism. Through a fusion of herbal remedies, body work and aromatherapy, she formulates individual remedies and empowers her clients with information about how to create herbal remedies at home, helping them to become more aware of their bodies needs for preventative care and overall wellness.

Private Movement Sessions and Group Classes

Through her personal practice of yoga and martial arts, she has learned how important movement is to maintaining health. She is available for private movement sessions, helping her clients learn how to open and strengthen their body through movement, bringing awareness to the power of movement and it’s ability to release emotional build up and stress.Private sessions by appointment only. Stephanie spent 4 years as a veterinary technician working in emergency clinics, shelters and veterinary offices with a holistic focus. This experience taught her how to apply her knowledge of plant medicines to veterinary care. She offers care and herbal preparations for our furry friends to address everyday ailments and minor injuries. By appointment only.
