Every Friday, H.A.R.P. and the Healing Foods Cafe hosts the Soma Lounge from 6-11 PM, as a relaxing alternative to the Friday bar night life. Come sit with us in candle light while soft music caresses the background. Sip a fresh Soma Blend of fruit juice, herbal elixirs (made here with love), and teas prepared to your specifications. Relax in the warm friendly vibrations of this sacred place which has been devoted to our healing, our community, our precious life.
About the Soma Lounge:
:::There are stories from ancient and sacred places the world over telling of Soma, Ambrosia, Amrita ~ life giving and light bringing elixirs. This Nectar of the Gods was pressed from the juice of specific healing plants which are reported to have offered immortality to humans, reminding us that we are Goddesses and Gods.

Later you mozy over to “The Nook” where you will receive your henna initiation from Ana Warren with Blooming Lotus Henna. For ages the use of Henna has blessed and adorned gatherings of humanity; in all walks of life, for celebration, for healing, and for rites of passage. Henna provides us with a way to reconnect with our physical bodies through sight and touch, but also brings is inward through passive aromatherapy.
This event is a GIFT to you from us, there is no door fee. And, children are always welcome ♥
